• Car Seat Inspections: The Forest Park Fire Department  recently sent five of its firefighters to be certified as Child Passenger Safety Technicians.  These technicians can assist with and educate caregivers on the proper installation of car seats for infants and children.  Please call 708-366-1234 (Press 3 to speak to on-duty personnel) to schedule your appointment, as there may not be a technician on-duty.  You will need to bring your vehicle owner’s manual, the car seat’s manufacturers manual along with the seat you wish to be inspected/installed. Also, if able, please bring the child for the car seat so the seat may be properly adjusted
