The Forest Park Fire Department has 23 fire personnel and a number of contracted paramedics. This includes one Chief, one Captain, three Lieutenants and 17 full time Firefighters. The Forest Park Fire Department is a full-spectrum life safety agency protecting the thousands of people who live, work and play in our community.

The Forest Park Fire Department’s uniformed personnel protect life, property and the environment through their direct involvement in fire prevention, firefighting, emergency medical care, technical rescue, hazardous materials mitigation, disaster response, public education and community service.

Uniformed Firefighters and Firefighter/Paramedics are always on duty.
